The JD 1400E is the first in a series of dependably built, simply designed drills with proven components and simple technology for a reliable, low cost drilling application. Besides offering an alternative to buying refurbished, the JD 1400E fills the industry-wide need for a simple and easy to use new Rock Drill.
These days, Rock Drills introduced to the market have become increasingly too advanced and complicated to be serviced by owner / operators on a regular basis. The drill defies this trend. Along with the increased production, environmental advantages, and ease of operation, the drill is offered at a very competitive price when compared to exiting manufacturers in North America.
